Cool Waves Scalloped Bulletin Board Borders

Ideal for bulletin board, white board, cork board, and chalkboard displays, the bulletin board borders are printed on thick but flexible paper that can be cut and layered to add dimension to any display. The bulletin board borders set includes 13 strips of scalloped, 3’ x 3” green and blue border trim with a purple and green border for a total of 39 feet of bulletin board border.
